Fura is a hybrid race consisting of 10 races and 10 workouts. In the elite categories, the races are 750 m long, and in the open categories, they are 500 m long.

In the open category, there are 10 races of 500 metres, and in the elite category, there are 10 races of 750 metres. In pairs, the races can be divided as desired, except for the first race, which must be completed by both athletes together.
We do not make changes from individual to pairs, or vice versa. We can make name changes and changes from open to elite and vice versa. Changes must be requested at least one month before the race.

The exact start time will be provided on the athlete’s wristband, which will be delivered with the athlete’s bag.
In the Open category, the stations are followed by 500m races, while in the Elite category they are 750m races. The Elite weights are also higher, as are the distances/calories on the machine. You can find a breakdown of weights and distances in the rules. If this is your first hybrid race and you have no experience in other sports, we recommend the Open category.
